Rosalia Vila is an Spanish flamenco and pop singer. Since her teenage years the singer has been involved in popular music and flamenco. Her music also strays into different genres such as hip-hop soul and Trap. Pepe Habichuela is a flamenco guitarist with a lot of talent, describes her voice saying that it is sweet, with a traditional sound. El Mal Querer gained her critical acclaim and commercial success following her debut album Los Angeles was released in 2017. This album won an award from the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami was her third full-length album. The album featured collaborations with fellow performers and producers like Cory Henry. It was released on March 20th, 2022 after the show of Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was first Spanish artist to perform as a solo performer on the show. In addition to winning three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia also became the first woman to win this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
